Training Award Applications

Deadline

The deadline for the next training award competition is May 3, 2010.

Eligibility Criteria

Training awards for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows are available only to those who are engaged in arthritis research and development under the supervision of a CAN investigator.

All awards to graduate students and postdoctoral fellows require matching funds. Although matching funds from NCE eligible partners (industry, institutions, provincial agencies) are preferred, CAN will accept matching funds from operating grants (CIHR, NSERC, SSHRC, etc.).

Application process

Please ask your supervisor to download the application forms from the CAN website. You must submit the forms on or before the submission deadline by e-mail to Joanne Wright.

CAN will accept electronic signatures on the forms. If you have transcripts or letters of recommendation in paper format you may mail those documents to Joanne Wright at:
