Bill Woloshyn, LLM

Bill Woloshyn is a partner with McMillan LLP in Toronto and while retired from active practice, he remains with the firm involved with risk management.

He received his BA from the University of Western Ontario and attended the University of Toronto Law School and then Osgoode Hall to earn his JD, and LLM respectively. Mr. Woloshyn was called to the Ontario Bar in 1968.

Prior to his semi-retirement, he was the firm's managing partner for six years and senior financial services partner. He has written and spoken extensively on various subjects relating to banking and insolvency law, both to clients and as part of continuing education conferences. He is a past chair of The Arthritis Society, one of Canada's largest charitable organizations.
